Variation of the inclination of the Earth' axis according to statistics

We have now complete our review of  your manuscript "Variation of the inclination of the Earth' axis

according to statistics" as indicated in he guideline for TPT authors, "the principal criterion for

acceptance is  wheters, in the opinion of the editors, the paper would be sufficiently useful and

interresting to practicing teachers of introductory- level physics."

While perhaps meritorius in many respects, i find that this manuscript does not meet this primary

criterion, and thus i feel i must reject it at this time whitout sending it out for external review.

       I wish that i had happier new regarding your manuscript, as i know from personal experience a little

bit about how much effort and passion go into producing such work. However, because of severe space

constraints, we are only able to publish about one third of the manuscripts that we receive, therefore

we must take care to select those that we feel will be most useful to our readership.

Althoug we are unable to publish your work, we do thank you for the opportunity to examine it and we

thank you for your interest in our journal.

J'inclus l'appendix avant l'article;

J'ai fait un petit programme informatique pour revérifier les 7 stations(répartie en 6 lieux) que

j'avais vérifier, j'ai deux zones de trois lieux, soit la zone au Québec avec les lieux de Québec,

Petit Saguenay et Chapais, en moyenne pour ces 3 stations l'hiver a refroidit un peu plus que l'été,

l'autre zone est dans le grand nord Canadien, avec les lieux de Yellowknife, Resolute et Iqaluit,

en moyenne pour ces 3 lieux, l'hiver a beaucoup plus réchauffé que l'été, lorsque l'on fait une telle

recherche il faut comparer 2 zones avec le même nombre de lieux et il faut que les anomalies

s'annulent ou presque, pour mes deux zones choisit et mes 6 lieux, globalement on a

(valeur vérifié)/(valeur estimé) = 1.26 environ

une contribution favorable de Jupiter permet d'aller jusqu'à 1.51

la station de Petit Saguenay fait partie des 4 stations qui était erroné,

voici le schéma corrigé pour la station de Petit Saguenay;

Je me suis mal exprimer pour les 3 stations du Québec, l'hiver n'a pas refroidit un peu plus

que l'été mais plutôt l'hiver c'est réchauffé un peu moins que l'été. Pour les 7 stations vérifié, il n'a eu

aucune saison qui a refroidit!
